Team Building
The Rainbow Seeker partnership comprises chief executives and senior managers from the private sector construction, mass media and leisure industries and public sector organisations. We are aware of training and staff management issues in business and have considerable in house training expertise. We will be happy to work with you to develop a team building programme to match your specific needs.
Your objective may be to develop the personal skills of your staff or to improve team bonding to realize their potential. Rainbow Seeker requires a crew to sail her and is the ideal environment away from other distractions to get your team to work together.
Team work tasks will be wider than is usual in RYA sail training and navigational exercises and can suit all ability ranges.Costs: from £ 150 per person per day. Dependant upon quality/costs of provisions.
